United Way of Yuma County Announces Release of Funding Applications     United Way of Yuma County welcomes any local 501c3 health & human services organization to attend an upcoming public meeting regarding the release of the 2010-2012 RFP, request for funding proposal applications.   The areas of impact to receive funding are: Education- Helping children and youth achieve their full potential through education. Income- Helping families become financially stable and independent Health- Improving people's health. Detailed information will be provided regarding the three impact areas.   Meetings will be held on February 9 and February 10, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at 180 W. 1st Street, Yuma. (Old City Hall) It is mandatory to have a representative for the applying organization present at one of the two meetings to receive a funding application.
