Description : REACH responds to the needs of families with special needs children from birth to age three in the family home. Early intervention techniques are utilized by certified staff in a comprehensive and therapeutic manner and are suited to the individual needs of the child and family.

Eligibility Requirements: Children must be eligible through the Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) and the Arizona Department of Economic Security/Division of Developmental Disabilities.
Intake Procedure: All intakes are conducted and finalized by Arizona Department of Economic Security/Division of Developmental Disabilities and designated AzEIP Coordinators.
