Saguaro Foundation operates 9 group homes in the Yuma area and three Individualized Living Arrangements. The residential settings are operated by trained staff, based on the guiding principle of independence through normalization - i.e., encouraging and assisting people with developmental disabilities to develop skills and gain experiences that are similar to those of non-disabled persons in the community. |
