The Facility Services Division provides custodial and grounds maintenance services. We are licensed and bonded and offer a full range of services including mold remediation, pre and post construction cleaning and restoration cleaning. We offer excellent quality and cost effective services using experienced professionals, individuals with disabilities and the industry's best products and equipment. Our organization has close working relationships with state and federal agencies via contracts. Contracting through the Javits Wagner, O'Day Act provides many of the jobs we use to employ individuals with disabilities. We also work with non-contractual customers such as restaurants, offices, and construction companies throughout the community. These relationships demonstrate our professionalism, dependability and diversity. |

| Eligibility Requirements: |
|
Referral from other Yuma WORC Center program or hired after interview for position. High School diploma or GED. Must be able to speak and read English. An employee must be 18 years old or older, speak English and be able to take directions. Physically able to walk a distance, push and pull objects, bend both at the waist and the knees, reach above your head and lift about 30 pounds. Some employees must have a valid drivers license and/or pass background check. |

Referrals from other Yuma WORC Center programs or recruited via classifieds. An orientation time for training, instruction and completion of necessary documents. |

Licensed and Bonded. If you are hired for a position that requires driving you will need a copy of your motor vehicle insurance. |
