Agency: Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Program name: Quick Assist Loan Description : Provides active duty Marines and Sailors up to $300 loan, interest free for basic living expenses, medical or dental expenses, vehicle or transportation expenses, or family emergency. Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Eligibility Requirements: Must be active duty Marine or Sailor who has enough time left in the service to repay this loan. Service member may not have a current outstanding loan balance with NMCRS, nor a deficit budget on file for the last 12 months. Service member certifies that the intended purpose of this loan is for basic living expenses, medical or dental expenses, vehicle or transportation expenses, or for a family emergency. Intake Procedure: Service members must have their military ID card and most current LES. Clients are seen on a walk-in basis in the office only.
