To aid participant in making sure all of their applicable skills are displayed in their winning resume and in a reader friendly fashion.
The volunteer will review client and participant resumes for accuracy, completeness and grammar. The volunteer will review information so it is a truthful representation of the participant's skills and abilities. The volunteer will help tailor the resume to the position the participant is applying and offer suggestions to enhance the readership/substance of clients resume.

Volunteers must pass a favorable background check after completing a volunteer profile at volunteer.goodwillaz.org. Volunteer should be patient, honest and dependable. Volunteer should have good grammar and sentence structure skills along with an eye for detail and formatting. Volunteer should have knowledge of excel or customer service database software. A professional with HR experience would be helpful.
