Description:
Neighborhood Services is a division within City Administration of the City of Yuma. Neighborhood Services is actively engaged in the redevelopment and revitalization of older and poorer neighborhoods. Neighborhood Services uses a variety of funding sources to accomplish their mission including CDBG, HOME/HTF, Dept. of Justice, local General Funds and private investment. We administer and perform many different activities as part of neighborhood redevelopment including: housing rehabilitation, home improvement loans, emergency home repairs, code enforcement, and neighborhood outreach.
