Neighborhood Services creates healthy neighborhoods by improving the quality of life of our residents. In partnership with the community, we develop and implement creative strategies for attractive and diverse neighborhoods. Our foundation is built upon trust, teamwork, and honesty and we measure our success by our accomplishments and the satisfaction of our customers.

Description:
Neighborhood Services is a division within City Administration of the City of Yuma. Neighborhood Services is actively engaged in the redevelopment and revitalization of older and poorer neighborhoods. Neighborhood Services uses a variety of funding sources to accomplish their mission including CDBG, HOME/HTF, Dept. of Justice, local General Funds and private investment. We administer and perform many different activities as part of neighborhood redevelopment including: housing rehabilitation, home improvement loans, emergency home repairs, code enforcement, and neighborhood outreach.
